Learn about the most relevant measures we have implemented to guarantee your safety and well-being:

Collaborators

• Training of all staff, temperature taking, sanitizing mats, cleaning and personal hygiene.
• Use of PPE: use of safety glasses and/or face shields, gloves, face coverings.
• Exclusive uniforms for working hours.
• Special care in monitoring the health status of our team; any member with the slightest symptoms is sent home and given the corresponding follow-up.

Guests

• Take the temperature of guests.
• Delivery of mouth covers.
• Hygiene stations.
• Disinfection of suitcases.
• Information points.
• No contact and distancing policies.

Common areas

• Antibacterial gel in public areas and people transit, including back office.
• Disposable towels in bathrooms, kitchens and public areas.
• Constant cleaning and disinfection with certified products of all contact surfaces in common areas.
• Separation of common rooms with a min. of 1.5 m. and thorough cleaning between uses.

Villas

• Deep cleaning and sanitization of villas, placing special emphasis on high contact areas.
• Antibacterial gel and disposable towels in bathrooms and kitchen.
• Assistance and medical care, coordination with local doctors and hospitals.
• Information, regulations, menus and recommendations via the web with touchless QR codes.

We have trained all our staff and we have an alliance with Amerimed to coordinate medical and hospital services.
