1. Environmental fee to be paid in reception. Municipal tax for environmental sanitation:

• $60 pesos Junior category per night per room.

• INFORMATION ABOUT PAYMENT
• The charge for No show or penalties for cancellation of Per policy, credit cards entered to generate the reservation will be automatically charged.

• GENERAL POLICIES
• (1) Cancellations:

• No refunds will be issued for late check-in or late check-in. early out.
• In flexible reservations with full or partial refund of cancellations, they will be processed within 10 business days after the request and corresponding confirmation.

FORCE MAJEURE POLICY

• Natural Disaster:
• Certificate for return valid for unused nights within 1 calendar year.
• Not transferable or redeemable for cash.

• No penalty for changing dates within 72 hours of the alert.
• No Shows:
• No penalty from the issuance of the alert until 5 days after the hotel returns to normal.
• Early Departure:
• Early departure without penalties, receiving a certificate for unused nights, valid for 1 year.
• Rescheduling:
• Original fare guarantee for trips within 1 year of the original date.
• Must be rescheduled within 30 days of the natural disaster, with seasonal restrictions applying.
• Policy Changes:
• The policy is subject to change without notice.
