Every year, between May and November, green and loggerhead sea turtles return to Akumal’s white-sand beaches to nest, offering a unique natural spectacle just a few steps from your villa.

- Breeding season:From May through November, loggerhead and green sea turtles choose the beaches of Akumal to lay their eggs; it is one of the most important nesting areas in the Riviera Maya.
